How to care for your candle
The one thing that shortens the life of a container candle is something called, "Tunneling". This is when the wax will leave a tunnel down into the candle. To avoid tunneling, keep the candle lit until it pools to the edge of the container. This will leave you with many hours of candle enjoyment.
Keep your wicks trimmed to about 1/4 inch and your candle will have a lovely little flame.
Always keep out of the reach of children and try to avoid pets getting at the candle.
It goes without saying that you should not leave your candle burning in a room unattended.
