Huron County is well known as one of Ontario’s most fertile and productive agricultural regions. Bright yellow, gold, and green stretch to the horizon—patchwork fields of crops and grazing land, alive with the rhythm of the seasons.
Driving those country roads, windows down, tunes playing—you get an added treat: the sweet smell of fields in bloom. Yes, even a hint of manure sometimes carries a sweetness to it—the smell of life growing, farmers working, and food on our tables.
This candle is a quiet celebration of the tireless farm families who rise before us and often harvest long after we’ve gone to sleep. Our Sweet Fields soy wax candle was created in honour of the farming tradition that shapes Huron County’s landscape—and its soul.
It has a soft scent that comforts when unlit (cold throw) and a warm, cozy lift when lit (hot throw).
Scent notes: Pear, Basil, Oak, and Geranium.
Burn time: approximately 40 hours.

How to care for your candle
The one thing that shortens the life of a container candle is something called, "Tunneling". This is when the wax will leave a tunnel down into the candle. To avoid tunneling, keep the candle lit until it pools to the edge of the container. This will leave you with many hours of candle enjoyment.
Keep your wicks trimmed to about 1/4 inch and your candle will have a lovely little flame.
Always keep out of the reach of children and try to avoid pets getting at the candle.
It goes without saying that you should not leave your candle burning in a room unattended.
